It is a family owned company which has started its business journey in 1962. The founder of Demirag Construction Co. Enver Demirag went to Germany to work on this business in 1965. After 30 months he came back to his own land and started construction in Ankara (the capital city) with his brothers. After several businesses made together Enver Demirag splited from them and continued construction business alone in Eskisehir.

He made a lot of buildings in there and he became expert on construction building. After several years he proved himself as one of the best builder in the city and became very popular in Eskisehir. His popularity expanded to the other cities also. That’s why one of his friend invited him to Alanya to make business in here. In 1991 Demirag construction moved its business base into Alanya. From That time untill now, Demirag Construction proved itself as one of the leader construction company with its top quality apartments.
